The first step to retaining us will be an initial phone or zoom conversation in which we'll ask you to identify the needs of yourself or your employer. Once we determine that we're a good fit for each other, we will discuss current rates. While some small projects may be billed at an hourly rate, larger audits will require a retainer up front in addition to an hourly fee thereafter. At this time, we will also sign a non-disclosure agreement if necessary.
